An error message appears when trying to connect to apps website
To connect your EyeControl device to the apps website, make sure first that the same device is not already paired by Bluetooth to your computer or PC. Go to your computer`s Bluetooth settings and press remove device if an EyeControl device is paired under keyboard.
If an error message still appears try to update your Windows 10 and then try to connect to the apps website again.
