Device fail to connect to wifi connection
If after performing all actions to configure WiFi a message is heard “Failed to connect”, please restart the device and repeat the following steps:

Press and hold the (+) and (-) buttons together for 3 seconds. A confirmation will be heard, “Connectivity mode. For wireless connection, press volume plus, for Bluetooth, press volume minus. To save changes please power off the device.”

Press (+). A confirmation will be heard, “Wireless LAN is on. To turn it off, press power. To configure wireless access, press volume plus. To return, press volume minus.”

Press (+). A confirmation will be heard, “Device access point is active. Please refer to the User's Manual to complete wireless LAN configuration. To turn it off press power. To return, press volume minus.”
- In your wireless enabled device, connect to the EyeControl network through the network settings. The device network will appear in the network settings as: EyeControl-AP-XX:XX:XX, select this network.
- If the device network does not appear in the network settings, please refresh your network scan until the EyeControl network appears.
- Select it and verify that your device is connected.
- Next, open an internet browser and insert the following IP address in the URL box: 192.168.1.1. You will be redirected to the EyeControl page.
- Choose your home network, enter the password and press connect.
- The WLAN LED on the EyeControl will flash a blue light indicating that the device is attempting to connect to the chosen WLAN network.
- Upon connection, the WLAN LED will illuminate a steady green light. the EyeControl device is now connected to your home network.
- Press and hold the power button to power off the device and save wifi configuration.
