There are no updates available after making changes in website
Make sure you clicked the ‘save changes’ button on the website after performing changes. The ‘save changes’ button is located on the top right side of the website.
After successfully completing updates the changes are not included in the device
This may occur if there is poor internet connectivity with frequent disconnections. We recommend connecting the device to a stronger internet source and trying to update again.
